German Carmona is an international change leader with extensive experience in managing resources across the U.S., Europe, Mexico and Latin America.
He has a proven track record creating structure out of chaos, developing talent on a global scale and transforming businesses to be competitive in today’s ever-changing market.
His Corporate career includes C-Level positions in Finance, IT, Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement and Human Resources. He has also held Managing Director positions at the Boston Consulting Group as well as Booz Allen, Hamilton. Most recently, German led the Digital Transformation consulting practice for NEORIS, where he was focused on creating innovative solutions for digitally-aspiring companies to transform their strategy and the way they interact with their customers, resulting in profitability improvements and increase in efficiency.
German holds an MBA from Stanford University GBS, a M.S. in Engineering Management from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Anahuac.
